Discontinued / Products Return

Discontinued Clothing Items: In the unfortunate event clothing items are discontinued, and failed removal from our product line. You will be contacted as quickly as your contact information can enable us. Preferably your e-mail address or phone number "optional" when at store checkout. A full refund will be forwarded the following business day are distributors make aware these circumstances.
Product Return: Yes we offer replacement guarantee on all Damage Claims, or Shipping Error. You will need to return ship the product in it's original package, post mark within fifteen days of it's receipt starting the following day. Contact us via e-mail within 5 days of receipt of goods, expressing the type of damage that occurred in writing is necessary for us to collect incoherence for the damaged product. International Credit Card Orders. If your order is transacted in US dollars it is accepted. Excepting International Money Orders. Adding Items To Shopping Cart / Shipment Time

If you are having trouble adding more than (1) one, item to your Shopping Cart. When you select your First Product, a continue order display will inform you that your about to leave a secure connection, (Click OK). There you will "See" (That Order). You then go back, through the (Back Button) to be able to return to our store. Do not continue any further with that first item, or (2) Second Item, if your are ordering, lets say (3) Three Items. If you have selected to calculate costs, the system will not let you back to chose your second, or third purchase. Only continue through with your purchase when you have added your last product choice. You can always back out of the order until you (Click Finalize Order). Your order will be shipped no later than, 3 Days. Usually within 48 hrs. Clothing items are shipped from different locations. Product arrival may be separate and arriving at different times. "See" Back Orders below. Clothing not owned or Wwrehoused by PACE.

Shipping calculations are born through drop-ship clothing that has a
handling base charge of $3.75 that is charged to us, by our distributors.
Therefore, many of are other products are set to a flat rate or discounted from the order total to avoid the $3.75 base charge. For example, baby bonnets are warehoused and shipped by us, and are discounted $2.75 from the $3.75 store total, making your handling charge $1.00. However, if you ordered other clothing items and a baby bonnet, you would be charged the $1.00 for the bonnet and $3.75 base charge for the other clothing items. No matter how many clothing items you ordered or other items that you ordered that are calculated by the $3.75 base order charge, the total is just $3.75 for the whole order. Whether you ordered 100 items or just one item. This has to calculate in this way to avoid charging $3.75 for one baby bonnet, and/or other products that we warehouse and ship.

Clothing is shipped UPS ground and will ship within two days from the date your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. If it seems your clothing order is being delayed please e-mail us through "Contact Us" we will locate your delivery for you and provide shipment tracking information and/or delay information should there be any. All other products ordered ship by the next day, excluding weekends and holidays.

You are responsible for the payment of incoherence where applicable, sales taxes and service taxes for EverPro Star™/sm photo CD-ROMs.
Discounted oneAcat™/sm Combo Specials are created when (A) is ordered, the discount combo is created when (B) is added to the equation. The order in which this takes place dose not matter. Normal store shipping and handling apply that vary with other items in the same order.

BACK ORDERS

CLOTHING is not owned or wherehoused by us. Shipment is UPS Ground or subject to distributor choice. Handling charges on clothing not owned or warehoused by us, are subject to a $3.75 handling charge per clothing order total. Between our two distributor, one charges us 25 Cents less than the above, the other charges us 25 cents more, your charge is in-between both. Clothing shipping weight, is rounded off to the nearest pound. BACK ORDERS: Orders placed that are out of stock will be required to remain on back order. Our clothing distributors are working with stock warehoused in various locations, and it would be impossible for us to communicate between you and them, and their locations dealt with at the same time for each drop ship order we place. In this event we will make aware the status of your order, and forward information as it is communicated to us.

Please contact us for product assistance. In the event assistance pertains to a New Wave Kids® CD-ROM you may first want to take notice that Auto-Run must be enabled to operate your CD-ROM since no installation is required. If there is a different issue, simply check your CD-ROM (Help) file within the CD-ROM program on it's toolbar, (F1) is Operating Help. "If all else fails" please contact us.
Normally, Auto-Run starts automatically, but it can also be started manually.
The drive letter's shortcut menu will include an AutoPlay command. To run Auto-Run manually, either right-click the drive icon and select AutoPlay from the shortcut menu or double-click the drive icon. If the drivers are not Auto-Run compatible, the shortcut menu will not have an AutoPlay item and Auto-Run cannot be started.
Although our CD-ROMs are compatible with all the specified operating systems, your system itself may not include the necessary drivers to Auto-Run CD-ROMs.
How To
Enable/Disable Auto-Run / Windows 95/98/Windows Me/XP
1. Access the System Properties Dialog. Using Control Panel: My Computer:
Properties or Explorer: My Computer: Properties.
2. Select the Device Manager tab.
3. Select the CD-ROM folder.
4. Select the entry for your CD-ROM drive.
5. Select Properties.
6. Select the Settings tab.
7. Turn on or off the Auto insert notification option.
8. Select OK.
9. Select OK
How To Enable/Disable Auto-Run (Windows NT/2000)
1. Start RegEdit (regedt32.exe).
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Cdrom.
3. Edit the Auto-Run value to '1' to enable Auto-Run, and '0' to disable Auto-Run.
4. Close RegEdit
How To Enable/Disable Auto-Run (Windows XP)
1. Open Windows Explorer by pressing the Windows + "e" key.
2. Right-click the desired CD-ROM and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the AutoPlay tab.
4. Select each item from the pulldown list and for the Action to perform, select
"Take no action" to disable Auto-Run, or pick the appropriate action to take if
enabling Auto-Run.
5. Select OK.
